Shipping & Delivery
We aim to despatch all packages within 5 working days, subject to payment and all items being in stock. If an item that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you. Please ensure your correct contact details are given when placing your order.

Postage and packing charges:

UK - £4.95 UK Mainland only (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - signature required)

Europe - £9.95 (Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure - signature required)

Rest of the World - £12.95 (Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure - signature required)

All orders are shipped from the UK. Overseas orders may be subject to further taxes or import duties, these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they might be.

At In Brief we are committed to respecting your privacy and we will not pass on your details to third parties.

We only use the information you provide for the purpose of processing orders and to communicate any other news from In Brief that we think may interest you. If you do not wish to receive product updates, offers or newsletters, please contact us and we will make sure that we remove your details from our mailing list.

When you place an order with us, your details are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. The web browser will display a security icon, usually a padlock symbol, in the bottom right corner. Also, the address bar will display https:// rather than http:// at the beginning.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart/basket once you have selected an item. Most browsers accept cookies, however, most can be set to refuse cookies. If you set your browser to refuse cookies, you will not be able to submit orders online. We do not use cookies to gather personal information.

Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange (delivery charge applicable) or refund within 14 days of delivery for UK and 21 days for Europe and the Rest of the World, providing items are in their original condition. Items must be unworn, with all tags and labels still intact and in their original packaging. In the interests of hygiene, please ensure any briefs, thongs or swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items where this has not been done. We cannot accept returns on hosiery if the pack has been opened. We cannot accept returns on 'Made to Measure' items as they have been tailored specifically for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return items please contact us, specifying the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange to a different size or product or if you would like us to refund the order. Then place the item in its original packaging with the delivery note, and clearly re-address the parcel to:

Provided the returned items are received in their original condition, we will process your Returns by either dispatching your requested exchange items or arranging a refund. Unfortunately postage cannot be refunded. Refunds will be credited to the debit/credit card used in the original transaction and will be made within 28 days after receipt of returned items. Additional payment will be needed for exchanges that are higher in value than the returned items.

When returning goods where a discount has been applied for a multiple purchase (e.g. Buy 2 and get 10% off), the discount will no longer apply if returning only part of that multiple purchase. Similarly any free gifts issued with an order, as part of any offers run by In Brief, will need to be returned in their original packaging if the items purchased are later returned for a full refund. Failure to do so will result in the value of the free gift being deducted from your refund.

For items purchased from our Warwick boutique (i.e. not online), we offer a 14 day exchange or credit note on any unsuitable items.

Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our Catalog and when you have chosen what you would like to purchase, click "add to cart" and this will put them into your shopping cart/basket. If you change your mind about anything in your cart/basket, you can easily delete the items by selecting the 'remove' option when viewing your cart/basket. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

If you need to make any changes to your order please email us stating your name, address and order number.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time from ordering until seven working days after delivery. If you wish to do so, please email us stating your name, address and order number.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions



We accept payment by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo (UK Only), and JCB. We are unable to accept American Express cards.

All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling.

VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20% is already included in the purchase price of all goods.
